Wednesday Nights at 6:00 pm
Train during the Winter to ride better next Spring! Our cycling classes are led by a live instructor who will take you through a complete workout. The instructors are on loan to us from the Fitness Continuum and they bring experience and intensity to each workout! From hill work and interval training to strength building drills, each workout is designed to make you a better cyclist. This is designed as cycling class as opposed to the traditional spin class at the gym. Please bring your own bike and water - we will supply the trainers! You might want to bring a sweat towel too.
Classes are a $10.00 drop in fee or you can also purchase a season pass for $100.00 (season consists of approx 15 classes). Classes for the 2017-2018 season begin December 6th.
Saturday Mornings at 8:00 am
Similar to our Wednesday Night Classes this weekly session is held every Saturday Morning beginning at 8:00 am, taught by shop employee/Race CF team member Paul C. These classes are designed as a cycling specific workout. Please bring your own bike, sweat towel and water - we will supply the trainers! Classes are $10.00 drop in fee (note: season pass is only eligible for Wednesday Nights, Saturdays are drop in only).
Classes for the 2017-2018 season begin November 11th.
