Group Spin Classes - Wednesday Nights at 6:00 pm
Spin classes are led by a live instructor who will take you through a complete workout. The cycling class instructors from the Fitness Continuum bring something new to each week's workout - from hill work and interval training to strength building drills, each workout is designed to make you a better cyclist. Please bring your own bike and water - we will supply the trainers. You will also want a sweat towel! Classes are a $7.00 drop in fee or you can purchase a 10 class pack for $50.00. Classes run from now through March 2014. Note: The 10 class pack is also good for our Tuesday night yoga classes.
Group Yoga Classes - Tuesday Nights at 6:00 pm
Yoga has numerous benefits for the cyclist - from learning to control breathing, acquiring greater flexibility and becoming familiar with the best way to stretch cycling specific muscles. Our yoga classes are led by a certified instructor who also leads the yoga classes for Team in Training. Classes are roughly an hour to hour and fifteen minutes long. Please bring a yoga mat and towel/blanket. Classes are a $7.00 drop in fee or you can purchase a 10 class pack for $50.00. Note: This pass is also good for our Wednesday night spin classes.
