INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES [WEDNESDAY @ 6PM]
Unlike spin classes at the local gym - these classes are designed to be cycling specific. Our cycling classes are led by a live instructor who will take you through a complete workout. From hill work and interval training to strength building drills, each workout is designed to make you a better cyclist. Classes are every Wednesday at 6pm for approx 60 - 75 minutes. Please bring your own bike and water - we will supply the trainers! PURCHASE SEASON PASS
WOMEN'S YOGA FOR CYCLISTS
Join us Sunday December 4th for a special 'Yoga for Cyclists' event. This class is led by women's ride ambassador and yoga instructor Caroline O'Dwyer. You do not need to have any prior yoga experience, but come and learn a few key poses and breathing techniques that can benefit cyclists of all levels. This is a free women's clinic, 9:00 am at Newington Bike.
UGLY SWEATER MTB RIDE
